The Smallest Workers in Regenerative Medicine: Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes
نویسندگان
چکیده
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are secreted by cells into the extracellular space, first discovered in 1967 as platelet dust. In recent years, idea that EVs can treat various diseases has emerged studies to understand these vesicles' origin and biological functions. According their size, biogenesis, content, release pathways function, have three main subtypes: microvesicle (MV), exosome (EX) apoptotic body. found all body fluids, including urine, plasma, physiological fluids such bronchial lavage. addition, it is many cell types dendritic cells, B T-cells, mast tumour sperm. This literature article reviewed using stem cell-derived numerous clinical preclinical studies.

The Development of Stem Cell-derived Exosomes as a Cell-free Regenerative Medicine
A successful strategy in regenerative medicine over the last decade has been the translation of stem cell therapy to repair diseased or damaged tissue in a wide range of indications, despite limited evidence attributing any therapeutic benefit to cell survival or differentiation. Recent findings, however, have demonstrated that the conditioned media from stem cell cultures can produce similar e...
متن کاملStem cell and regenerative medicine.
Stem cells have been identified and isolated in many adult tissues. They exhibit a great plasticity and the ability to give rise to differentiated cells of several lineages. The possibility of transplantation of these stem cells into an adult to develop, integrate and rebuild destroyed tissues or organs has encouraged the study of the mechanisms of the differentiation of stem cells. These cells...
متن کاملAdipose-derived stem cells for regenerative medicine.
The emerging field of regenerative medicine will require a reliable source of stem cells in addition to biomaterial scaffolds and cytokine growth factors. Adipose tissue represents an abundant and accessible source of adult stem cells with the ability to differentiate along multiple lineage pathways. The isolation, characterization, and preclinical and clinical application of adipose-derived st...
متن کاملDevelopment and Application of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-derived Exosomes in Cartilage Tissue Repair
Background and Aim: Cartilage defects treatment is one of the most common clinical challenges in orthopedics. The current management techniques help to control symptom and joint function. The cell-free approach to cartilage regeneration through paracrine action has been considered to accelerate and facilitate the healing process and the importance of its urgency in the recovery of military pe...
